Binoy Jacob is the Founder of Talent Music Online, a thriving virtual music academy that began during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. A dedicated healthcare worker based in Edmonton, Canada, Mr. Binoy combined his passion for service and love for music to create a platform where students from around the world could continue their musical education safely from home. His vision was to make quality music instruction accessible to all, regardless of location or circumstance.
What started as a small initiative has grown into a successful online music school with over 350 active students and a team of expert instructors from India. Talent Music Online now offers a wide range of lessons including piano, violin, vocals, drums, and classical Indian music. Under Mr. Binoy’s leadership, the school continues to empower students of all ages to explore their creativity, build confidence, and develop lifelong musical skills in a supportive, virtual learning environment.

Mr. Sunil is the Co-founder of Talent Music Online and a multi-talented musician with a passion for sharing the joy of music. With decades of experience as a Music Director, teacher, writer, and visual artist, he brings deep creative insight and professional expertise to the school. His unique teaching style blends traditional techniques with modern approaches, making learning both effective and enjoyable for students of all ages and skill levels.
In addition to his work in music education, Mr. Sunil has composed and directed music for various stage shows and cultural events. His artistic versatility also extends to writing and visual arts, where he excels in forms like sketching, oil painting, and watercolors. As a key part of Talent Music Online, Mr. Sunil plays an instrumental role in guiding both instructors and students, helping the academy thrive as a creative hub for aspiring musicians worldwide.
PROGRAM CO-ORDINATORAlwin
Alwin serves as the Program Coordinator at Talent Music School, where he plays a key role in organizing and managing the day-to-day operations of the online music academy. With a strong passion for education and coordination, he ensures smooth communication between students, instructors, and management, helping the school run efficiently and effectively.
In addition to his role at the music school, Alwin is a qualified B.Sc. Nurse working in India. His background in healthcare brings a unique sense of care, discipline, and commitment to his work at Talent Music School. Alwin’s dedication to supporting students and maintaining a structured learning environment has made him a valuable asset to the team.
