These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and online music lessons. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Services<\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"506\" data-end=\"708\">Talent Online Music offers virtual music and art classes including piano, violin, drums, Indian classical music, dance, and more. All lessons are conducted by qualified instructors via online platforms.<\/p>\n<h6 data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"738\">2. Registration<\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"997\">To access our classes, you may be required to create an account or fill out an enrollment form. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the information is found to be false or incomplete.<\/p>\n<h6 data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1023\">3. Payments<\/h6>\n<ul data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1405\">\n<li data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1106\">\n<p data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1106\">All class fees must be paid in advance through our secure online payment system.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1185\">\n<p data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1185\">We accept payments via credit\/debit cards or other trusted payment gateways.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1186\" data-end=\"1314\">\n<p data-start=\"1188\" data-end=\"1314\">Pricing is clearly stated on our website, and Talent Online Music reserves the right to change prices at any time with notice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1405\">\n<p data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1405\">Once paid, <strong data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1355\">fees are non-refundable<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated under our refund policy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1436\">4. Trial Classes<\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1623\">We offer the <strong data-start=\"1450\" data-end=\"1474\">first 3 classes free<\/strong> as a trial. After the trial, continued participation requires payment. Students will be informed about the applicable charges before billing begins.<\/p>\n<h6 data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1666\">5. Cancellations and Refunds<\/h6>\n<ul data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1911\">\n<li data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1746\">\n<p data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1746\">Students may cancel or reschedule a class with <strong data-start=\"1716\" data-end=\"1745\">at least 24 hours&#8217; notice<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1747\" data-end=\"1806\">\n<p data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"1806\">Missed classes without prior notice will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1807\" data-end=\"1911\">\n<p data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1911\">Refunds (if any) will be processed only in special cases and at the discretion of Talent Online Music.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"1944\">6. Code of Conduct<\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"1945\" data-end=\"1981\">All students and guardians agree to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2173\">\n<li data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2030\">\n<p data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"2030\">Treat instructors and classmates respectfully.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2102\">\n<p data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2102\">Not share login credentials or learning materials with third parties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2173\">\n<p data-start=\"2105\" data-end=\"2173\">Avoid recording or redistributing class sessions without permission.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 data-start=\"2180\" data-end=\"2212\">7. Intellectual Property<\/h6>\n<p data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2425\">All course materials, lesson content, and online resources provided are the intellectual property of Talent Online Music or its instructors. You may not copy, share, or reproduce these without written permission.<\/p>\n<h6 data-start=\"2432\" data-end=\"2466\">8.
